Creativity and innovation in project work

Teacher: Jens Skou Olsen

Introduction

– dynamic process management from dream to reality

Developing and making projects often represent both complicated and turbulent team processes: Which ideas should we prioritize? How do we gain access to our project teams’ yet untapped potential? When should we remain open to new ideas and when should we home in and get the project done?

This course is a practical and hands-on joint workspace focusing on our creative and innovative project practice informed by the nature and potential of the project work format. We will examine our practice and develop new understandings of our dreams and plans as a path to more innovative and more efficiently run projects. We will focus on the most recent project theory and we will test them with regard to both our current projects and the projects we dream about realizing.
