Dog Level

Objective

Dog Level unites artists from different fields in order to create new artistic methods.

Project description

The Collective Dog Level took a break from everyday life to focus on the process of atistic collaboration and good stories. Based on the small island in Denmark, Møn, they explored different topics and travelled together across continents during six months. This artistic investigation brought along several works that was presented at a festival, Dog Days, in Copenhagen – Octobre 2012.

CAKI granted design student Johan Bichel Lindegaard for his interdisciplinary and experimental work with Dog Level. Johan describes himself as an inventor and in collaboration with a dancer, a musician and a scriptwriter he made live visuals to the performance “Metamorphosis” that was presented during Dog Days. The performace was a dialogue between live visuals, the body’s movement, electronic music and a church space.
